A secured warehouse with  1 month free storage from the day of goods collected is provided as part of the services.

Order volume and / or weight estimation can be provided in advance, to help the client(s) to determine the prefered method of transport.  Although it is subject to change, due to the packaging use, stacked within the space in container or under certain situations. 
Claims can not be made in the final volume whether is higher or lower than the estimation.
