The sercives are provided with  5 hours and 8 hours trip options, depending on the list of items you are looking to buy. 
During the trip in full air-conditioned MPV with experienced driver,  you will be introduced to a wide range of manufacturers and suppliers.

A dedicated Account Manager is assisting you, to take notes, digital imaging, advising – giving thoughts to consider, in related to the goods and / or each supplier & manufacturer.

All purchases made on the day from stock and paid full directly, will be collected accordingly and pack ready for shipping.

If any goods need to be ordered, need quality control or future payments to be processed, Bali Smartbuy charge a fee of 15% on these items only.  – See further Terms & Conditions –

Smart ORDER & PRICING :

Bali Smartbuy role is sourcing products, manufacturers / suppliers.
Liaise with the manufacturers / suppliers, for orders placement and payments distribution, designs and / or specific  details interpretation of goods, communicate closely to both clients and / or manufacturers throughout the production.

Prices are directly from the manufacturers / suppliers and invoiced on the basis of the rate applicable on the day the orders being placed.
Prices are nett, ex-factory, excluding any delivery charges, packaging, domestic transport if required ( such as inland transports when combining different manufacturers products from other  islands of Bali, Indonesia )  and  international transports ( sea / air freight ) to destinations.  


Smart PAYMENT :

A minimum of 50% deposit is required after all orders confirmed and balance prior to orders completion.

In larger scale of orders, with many different manufacturers with longer distance of completion schedules, half of balance payment might be needed to be transferred, so we are able to collect the earlier finished goods and store them in our secured warehouse / facility to avoid damages, while waiting for the rest of orders to be completed and ready to be shipped.

Payment can be made by Telegraphic Transfer, to designated / instructed Bank Account.  

Orders will  be commenced and the goods will be inspected and collected, only once each part of above payments have cleared into our bank account as scheduled.


Smart PRODUCTION TIME :

Production times vary according to the volume of orders, different materials used and variety of manufacturers.
Rule of thumb allow 6 to 8 weeks production time for most items ( some could be less ), plus approximately 1 to 2 weeks allowed for quality control, rejects repairment / replacement.  Then followed by the collection of goods which is arranged and scheduled by the appointed freight forwarder.

Be rest assure we will do anything possible to ensure no delay, although under certain situation that the production delay, the client may not cancel the purchases, refuse to accept the goods and / or claim compensation or interest.


Smart QUALITY CONTROL & PRODUCTS GUARANTEE :

Bali Smartbuy role is to inspect and report on the quality of goods to ensure that they comply with the pre-determined standards.  In cases where goods fall below the required standards, we will report to the client to request  futher action to be taken.  
In cases where an urgent decision is required,  Bali Smartbuy will take into consideration all known facts and make a decision whether to accept or reject the products and advise the client accordingly.  As best as possible, we act as your eyes and ears, helping to make sound decisions on your investments. 
In all cases, we will endeavor to give detailed information on any products deemed to be suspect, before accepting or rejecting the products. We take full care, but no responsibility for manufacturing flaws and / or errors in coloration. 
It is also need to understood that handmade / crafts are may vary in result and tolerance in sizes for every productions.
Goods are not under Warranty from Bali Smartbuy,  unless  it is given by the manufacturers under their terms & conditions.


Smart DELIVERY :

Bali Smartbuy is recommending an experience freight forwarder, which will be handling the goods with care and providing competitive freight costs.

A nominate shipping  brought by the clients is welcome.  Whilst the collection of goods can be held only once the orders payment is fully paid into our bank account.

Local handling charges and freights cost will be invoiced separately and to be paid directly to either recommended or nominated freight company.

Bali Smartbuy will be inspecting the packaging and supervising container loading, but not responsible for damages during transports, hence shipping insurance is recommended.


Smart FEE & CHARGE :

Bali Smartbuy fee is based on 15% of total purchase / invoice made. To cover all works and efforts made on your behalf. Such products source,  to source, select and propose qualified manufacturers / suppliers, orders placements, production monitoring and reports, quality control and at the end liaising with freight company for delivery to your port(s).

We charge Rp. 750,000 ( approx. US$ 75 ) per day for sourcing & buying trip, providing a full air conditioned MPV, experienced driver and dedicated account manager.
This charge will be credited  back towards to the future purchases made with minimum orders of US$ 5,000.00
